Redevelopment Timeline

Construction will start on N 12 St at the Moro intersection and work south to Fremont St.

When completed, this new hotel will have 105 rooms and 100 parking garage stalls for hotel guests.

Laramie Street, from North Manhattan to 11th St, will be revamped with new sidewalks, roads, ride share zone, and parking zones.
